[Kst] [PATCH] Remove blue border on groups in non-layout mode

This removes the border, but it breaks borders in general.  Since we have no 
mechanism to change them other than editting the .kst file, I think it's ok 
for now.  It's very simple this way, whereas if we support flipping between 
border and temporary-group-layout-border, then we have other issueis to deal 
with.  Should we use this as the fix for now?
