[Kst] 0.96 release

Kst 0.96 source package and source RPM have been uploaded to the FTP server 
and should be available over the next several hours for download.  It 
includes many bugfixes and optimizations, and a new equation parser and 
interpreter which seems to be several times faster than the old one.  There 
is also a new "Kst extensions" architecture with a partially functional demo 
of a Javascript extension.  You must compile and install this manually if you 
wish to see it.
