[Kst] (Small) worries with cdf auto* configuration: missing AM_CONDITIONAL

Dear George,

following my previous e-mail, I investigated a bit further and I believe the 
problem comes from a missing line in configure.in:

AM_CONDITIONAL(include_cdf, test -n "$CDFLIBS")

I don't know whether 
    AC_SUBST(CDF)
should not also be replaced with 
    AC_SUBST(CDFLIBS)
a couple of lines above...
