[Kst] Label philosophy

   Should labels belong to the plot or to the view?  Right now they belong to 
the view.  I was thinking of a case where the user wants to associate a label 
to a place in the plot, such as an anomaly.  If the graph zooms or is 
changed, the label doesn't adjust accordingly.  Which is preferred?
