Please backup all data on your server AND client and then give the following

While I know that this does not solve the problem it is imho better and more 
reliable than doing it manually.

Joon: Guessing from the experience with the Bynari Connector I am afraid this 
is a general issue with OL and your plugin approach which gets confused due 
to OL/MAPI shortcommings when trying to keep track about UIDs and MAPI 
MsgIDs. Maybe some workaround is required in order to detect such a 
situation. On the other hand we can do something on our server to detect 
duplicates.
