[Kroupware] Imap folders

Hi

After few hours trying & studying logs and still no luck I rolled back
to kolab-1.0.14-20031126 on FreeBSD 4.9 and all the problematic things I 
was describing here went smoothly. Even shared folders are visible in 
Mozilla.
