Did you put your change in /kolab/etc/postfix/aliases.template? Did you make 
sure the change is made in /etc/postfix/aliases too? Did you make sure to 
activate the new alias setting by running /kolab/sbin/newaliases ?

I don't see a reason why this should not work with Postfix in Kolab when it 
already worked outside.
