This is exactly what i DO NOT want.  The current single login is not ideal for 
my installation.  Users must use their own logins and passwords to at least 
upload their freebusy file... reading can happen anon.

Please review the changes I made to the file, its clear that I can log in as 
the user and use their password, but somehow the proftp rights are not 
correct to allow access to the files.

The goal here is that every user can log in with outlook (as they do on KDE) 
with their own username and password.  Ideally if outlook supported webdav 
this would not be an issue... but seeing as we are stuck in FTP it is.
