[Kroupware] Outlook cannot log in to IMAP server

Thanks for the reply.
Current permisssions are:

#ls -ld /kolab /kolab/etc /kolab/etc/kolab /kolab/etc/kolab/*.pem

drwxr-xr-x   kolab    kolab     Feb 20 15:30 /kolab
drwxr-xr-x   kolab    kolab     Feb 23 11:56 /kolab/etc
drwxr-xr-x   kolab    kolab     Feb 23 17:58 /kolab/etc/kolab
-rw-r--r--   root     kolab-r   Feb 11 10:37 /kolab/etc/kolab/cert.pem
-rw-r--r--   root     kolab-r   Feb 11 10:37 /kolab/etc/kolab/key.pem

These look correct ...?

Would bad permissions cause the Outlook freezing problem I mentioned in 
my earlier post, especially given that Mozilla seems to be able to 
authenticate and retrieve mail fine?
