[Kroupware] How to share Calendar with kolab (not sharing free/busy-lists) ??

Hello List,

does anybody know how to solve the issue mentioned in the subject?
When a secretary needs not only to know "that" a person is busy, but  also 
wants to know "where" he/she is, or "what" he/she is doing, the secretary 
needs access to the calendar of this person!

And second question: Does anybody have a URL for docu about kolab? At the 
moment it feels a little bit like playing "Blinde Kuh"! :-))
I know, it's a young project.....
