You get the sources, RPMs and most of the wanted information at 
http://ftp.zfos.org .
KDE Kolab client ? You mean Kontact ? Which version is available now ? I 
use the one included in the KDE 3.2 but it seems to me a bit buggy (I 
know it's still under development).
