[Kroupware] Apache compile failed

Hi,

I had the same problem during the build of the kolab server on a LFS system.

Your first step of adding "with_ndbm yes" to the build of the gdbm package
is correct.

What you now need to do is add "with_mod_php_gdbm yes" to the apache build
before the options "with_gdbm yes" and "with_ndbm yes"
