[Kroupware] IMAP connection hangs

Hello,

I've installed the current kolab source package. It looks like everything
works. Everything but IMAP / POP3. 
When I try connect to the IMAP port (143) via telnet, there is only this
output:

Trying 210.95.48.253...
Connected to 210.95.48.253.
Escape character is '^]'.

Then there is no more response.
Other outputs:


kolab at kolab$ ps -A | grep cyr
 7251 ?        00:00:00 cyrmaster
kolab at kolab$ ps -A | grep imap
kolab at kolab$
kolab at kolab$ cyradm localhost
(just hangs)


Seems like there is a serious cyrus problem!
Any hints?
