[Kroupware] SMTP TLS Auth problem

Hi Thomas,

In early versions of Kolab there was a problem with the permissions on the
/kolab/etc/kolab directory (where the certificates reside).

Please check that the /kolab/etc/kolab folder is readable and executable
by others.
