[Kroupware] Modifing /kolab/etc/postfix/main.cf and /kolab/etc/apache/apache.conf

Hello!

I'm install kolab correctly, but I'm modif the apache configuration via
configuration file /kolab/etc/apache/apache.conf to listen in another
port and the postfix file /kolab/etc/postfix/main.cf to check antivirus
and spam with amavis.

Sometimes the admin interface of kolab fails and then restart kolab, in
this situation the files modif by me are overriden by default
configuration files.

How I resolve this situation?
