Are you accessing the webinterface of your kolab server 
(http://your.server.own) or the monit webinterface 
(http://your.server.own:2812)
because the password/username of the former is in /kolab/etc/kolab/kolab.conf
and the password/username of the latter is in 
/kolab/etc/monit/monit.conf
