[Kroupware] Can you help me compile imapd?!

I wrote my own scripts for this...I've enclosed them for you to see them
- they're a bit more flexible than the buildkolab.sh included in the
distro, and they allow for a "single command setup" of the Kolab
environment right from the download up to the installation of all the
generated RPMs.

Have a look and see if it's any good!

OF COURSE it should work with the binary packages!!!  I'll try that and
let you know the results.

I must have become a complete idiot after I fell off that 5 story
building and landed on my head...didn't think it had affected me.
