[Kroupware] Bynari Questions

Hi,

How do you address the issue of Cyrus insisting that the special folders
need to be children of Inbox whereas Outlook seems to want to put the
special folders as children of root?

Is there some caveat used during setup? (Maybe a Outlook/Bynari
configuration quide? (That you use in the German IT Security Agency?))
