[Kroupware] Will there be a server which doesn´t need client plugin?

This is not in the current scope of the kolab groupware. (BTW: I know of 
several companies who failed to deliver such a tool)

I am afraid that you are looking for something different than kolab.

We first have to meet the features of already existing proprietary solutions 
(e.g. MS Exchange and Lotus Notes)

BTW: Maybe some Lotus shop can make you an offer for a Notes based solution 
which satisfies your needs.
