Take chown (and eventually chgrp) and switch the UID of Postfix' files
to root.

It's a change in ProFTPD's proftpd.conf. Since 1.2.8 (?),
LsDefaultOptions isn't available anymore. Open the proftpd.conf and
change the option's name.
