[Kroupware] Problems receiving mail

After not having success in the past, I just updated with the latest 1.0 
packages and I still have this problem.  Postfix just refuses to accept any 
inbound mail.  Here's a sample bounce:

Action: failed
Status: 5.0.0
Diagnostic-Code: X-Postfix; host /kolab/var/kolab/lmtp[/kolab/var/kolab/lmtp]
    said: 550-Mailbox unknown.  Either there is no mailbox associated with 
this
    550-name or you do not have authorization to see it. 550 5.1.1 User 
unknown

Also the current saslauthd package is no good.  it gives ldap errors.  I 
reverted to my old package and it works properly again.
