Not that I can think of.
Sounds like you have ACL permissions to a folder. Removing the ACL permissions
should get rid of the folder popping up. Check the shared folders in the Web Admin
interface. You can also set the ACL's quite easily using the Bynari Connector and
right-clicking on the folder.
