[Kroupware] configuring fetchmail

Hi Frederik,

I used fetchmail some days before to pull some messages onto my Kolab test 
server. All I used was Kolab and fetchmail, procmail is not installed. 
fetchmail should be able to handle the messages to postfix, that's the way 
the messages slip into Kolab on my system. (Try to simply remove the mda 
line in your fetchmailrc.)
