Yes this is possible, 
depending a bit on the imap support in your outlook versions.

Kolab Server provides regular mail access by pop3, pop3s,
imap and imaps. So any IMAP aware mail client can connect
and use the email funcationality.

You even get a bit from the bare bones groupware functionality,
because you can skim through the iCalender files from 
KDE Kolab clients and can learn to extract the relevant information
by eyeball. ;-)
