Point well taken.
But to quality control many binary packages
is a lot amount of work and it is unclear yet 
how the invested time would come back to us.

It is suboptimal for sure.
Compared to the alternative 
to not complete the big step of the Kroupware project successfully in time 
it is still quite good.
