[Kroupware] Problems in QIM from 2003-07-02 and with building apache

Hi,

the section "Preparation (with Source RPM's from our download URL)"
talks about openpkg-20030516-20030516.src.sh which has been replaced
with openpkg-20030606-20030606.src.sh.

The section "Quick Install Kolab Server 1.0" mentions buildkolab.sh
which is only available via cvs (so some people might not find it). But 
buildkolab.sh is anyway outdated since monit seems to be dead.

Building apache (on SuSE 8.2) according to the instructions in fails 
with the error message:
In file included from mod_rewrite.c:93:
mod_rewrite.h:133:18: ndbm.h: No such file or directory

configure says:
Configuring extensions
[...]
checking for xDBM support... no
checking whether to enable DBA... no
checking for GDBM support... no
checking for NDBM support... no
checking for Berkeley DB4 support... no
checking for Berkeley DB3 support... no
checking for Berkeley DB2 support... no
checking for DBM support... no

Later I'm told:
Configuring for Apache, Version 1.3.27
 + using installation path layout: GNU (config.layout)
 + activated php4 module (modules/php4/libphp4.a)
 + activated dav module (modules/dav/libdav.a)
 + activated auth_ldap module (modules/extra/mod_auth_ldap.c)

Creating Configuration.apaci in src
Creating Makefile in src
 + configured for Linux platform
 + setting C pre-processor to /kolab/bin/cc -E
 + checking for system header files
 + using custom target name: apache
 + adding selected modules
    o rewrite_module uses ConfigStart/End
 + using -ldb1 for DBM support
      enabling DBM support for mod_rewrite
