[Kroupware] Groups in Kolab

This is unfortunately not part of the system yet.

If you want to set up distribution lists you can either load a
3rd party product like Mailman or you can add entries like
the following to /kolab/etc/kolab/virtual.template

listname at mydomain.com	user1 at mydomain, user2 at mydomain, etc.

This is a bit crude, but it is an intial solution.

The permissions are handled per user.
