does apache open the port 443 ?

it should have entries like:
bind_dn : cn=3Dmanager,dc=3Dkolab,dc=3Dhq,dc=3Derfrakon,dc=3Dde
bind_pw : (your password)

what did the kolab.rpm during install say ?
didn't it display a password ?
