[Kroupware] Shared folders under Outlook

It might well be that there are bugs in this version
of the Insight Connector. As shared folders were not
part of the Kroupware goals, we did not fully test this,
so I don't know.
It will be interesting to see the Konsec Kolab client,
it supposetly will be available in about 2 month.
