[Kroupware] Error compiling kolab server RC1 on a Cobalt Qube3

Spotted the problem I missed out the 'sh' at the begining of the
following command:
sh ./openpkg-1.2.0-1.2.0.src.sh --prefix=/kolab --user=kolab
--group=kolab 2>&1 | tee > kolab.log

It worked fine after I did that
