[Kroupware] Kolab Beta 1 on RH 8.0

The gcc version 3.2 won't compile on RedHat 8.0 due to a missing patch and
glibc 2.3
You have to add the following patch :
http://www.haible.de/bruno/gcc-3.2-glibc-2.3-compat.diff
