Since the older 3.1 Radiosity still remains, the new Radiosity doesn't break 
file compatability. The only thing that differs at this point is the parser.

I've sent off an email to sysadmin at kde.org about a CVS account. If your happy 
for me to make commits, I'll try not to leave bugs in the code :)
