Class names in povraydocmap.xml

Hi Luis!

I just noticed after updating from CVS that I forgot to change the class na=
mes=20
in the mappings file.
However, your changes are not enough. The class names not only start upper=
=20
case, but have upper case characters to separate words, like the c++ class.=
=20

SurfaceOfRevolution as example.
