The qt3/kde3 port

Me again!

I just read the kde-devel mailing list and saw there was a request to send 
a message if there is a software in kdenonbeta that should be moved to a 
kde package.

Please commit your incomplete changes. Your changes should be in the cvs 
repository when the application is moved.
