[kplato] covertity

Maybe you can take a look at a kplato bug coverity found;

in kplato/kptdependencyeditor.cc

line 729 dereferences 'item' with the code
  item->setCursor( Qt::UpArrowCursor );
line 738 checks if item == 0.
Which doesn't make sense since we already used it (and it would have 
crashed).

not sure which one is right, but it would be nice if someone could fix 
this problem.
