[kplato] Writing APIDox proposal

Hi,

Here is a first patch for the Kplato ApiDox. It corrects some problems that 
appear when generating the apidox.

Most of the errors are caused by some "@" characters. I did not took the time 
to get the meaning of the comments and just corrected them to make the whole 
apidox compile. You should have a look at the patch before applying them, and 
maybe try to modify the comment, in particular the "@ref" tags.

In kptProject.h, I also modified slightly some code (scedule -> schedule). Is 
this ok ?
