[KPhotoAlbum] New video backend

Hi Jesper,

I did just that, as I am curious about the vlc back end.
First point: in openSUSE, the development package for libvlc is *not*
"libvlc-devel" as usual for suse but "vlc-devel" (at least in the
Packman repo). This solved, I tried the old and new backend (vlc and phonon)
aaand ... surprise!
I did not find any difference.
However, this comes as no surprise to me, as I use vlc as backend for
phonon since quite a time.
There is a tool called "phononsettings" which lets you choose vlc as a
backend.
Anyway, this is good news: all works as expected :-)

I found the dialog to change the backend and switched between vlc and
phonon. The dialog appears only on the first try as an opener before you
play the video. On the second try you find it in the settings - viewer,
just as expected

So, as I only use phonon as an intermediate layer, the new backend just
eliminates the man in the middle.
And it works just the same:
Virtually all video plays OK, but you have no controls (switch audio
channels, select video aspect ration and so on - at least I did not find
the magic button to activate any menu).

Therefore, I usually use the right-click "invoke external program ...
vlc" for video to get all controls. Except for short clips ("Hi, my name
is ... :-)").

Anyway, as everything seems to play, I'll use it "in prrroduction" (as
our SAP guys say) and see what happens.

Best regards, Andreas
