[KPhotoAlbum] Removal of android client information

Today I was curious to discover that there is an android client for
kphotoalbum, when kphotoalbum 4.5 appeared, there was also and android
client to view the photos.
I was looking on information for it and only found the original post here
<https://www.kphotoalbum.org/news/?item=0087> and a broken playstore link
here
<https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.kde.kphotoalbum&hl=en>,
if this is an inactive project, maybe it could be deactivated, the button
doesn't help and might confuse people (it seems that there's something
disconnected.
