[KPhotoAlbum] Problem compiling kphotoalbum 5.4.2 on Fedora 30

There was a problem building with exiv 0.27, which was fixed on
12/31.  But looking at the history, it appears that these change sets
(41c7da0531c8a1eb7046345c2b991e7a5d1e6657 and
cf4f7645b3c94246a1fcf664f1c865a93ae2b684) didn't make it into 5.4.2.

You might want to try applying those two change sets to 5.4.2.
