[KPhotoAlbum] Load progress indicator

I'd really like to have the load progress indicator display more than
just the bar.  If nothing else, I'd like it to indicate how many files
are being loaded, and even better would be to provide an incremental
count.

There are obvious possible changes in NewImageFinder::loadExtraFiles,
but if nothing else the issue of translating the label rears its ugly
head.
