[KPhotoAlbum] KPhotoAlbum now available in KDE Neon

Hi,

I'm happy to announce the availability of KPhotoAlbum in KDE Neon[1]. Thanks 
to the nice people of the Neon team, especially to Raymond Wooninck and 
Jonathan Riddell!

For now, KPhotoAlbum is only available in the developer edition [2] for the 
git-unstable branch. This will change as soon as we have an official 5.0 
release.
