[KPhotoAlbum] Thoughts on .kim import feature?

It's pretty easy for one or more cameras to assign a previously used
name to a picture file. Keeping them in separate folders eliminates
having to worry about this (at the file system level). However you do
it, KPA should support this. So, I agree with what you propose to do.
