[KPhotoAlbum] Thoughts on .kim import feature?

Hi folks,
In the context of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=334393, I've looked
into the .kim file import code. Before fully fixing the bug, I'd like to get
some input on the behaviour that people actually expect from the feature.
Currently (git master v4.4-150-g03aa05c), AFAIK the following stuff happens on
export/import:
1) During export, the directory component of the file name is removed. Name
clashes are resolved by automatically renaming the image.
2) During import, the imported images are added at the database root folder.
The folder keyword is removed.
(Additionally, there is some bug when copying the image files under some
circumstances, but I would like to keep this issue separate).
My gut feeling is to change 1) and save the original file name somehow, and to
change 2) to restore the original folder location.
Anyone depending on the other behaviour? Any reason not to change the
behaviour as described?
Johannes
