[KPhotoAlbum] Time for new release

Sounds good.

I'm currently working on removing Qt3 support stuff (Se we can be ready for 
Qt5, once that comes), but that should not effect the release, as each commit 
isn't changing anything but stuff under the hood, and it is hopefully (ahem) 
well enough tested :-)
