[KPhotoAlbum] Time for new release

Hello all,

I think the time for next release of KPhotoAlbum is approaching. This
is mainly due to support for newer versions of some libraries
especially KIPI. As they are becoming more common the lack of support
for the latest API in released version of KPA will generate
unnecessary bug reports... So now is the time to check if we still
have some bugs to be fixed or if you have some un-pushed stuff you
want to include to the next version.
