[KPhotoAlbum] Fwd: Ubuntu PPA for Kphotoalbum 4.3

Dominik now has KPA PPA up&running for the latest release, see

However it depends on Backports PPA - see below.

Maybe the info about Backports PPA dependency and the non-depending
PPA could be updated to the website?

Hi,

As the version that is built in my main PPA depends on the "Kubuntu
Backports PPA" and thus cannot installed without this additional PPA,
I have created a second build that should install on precise without
any extra PPAs, it will be available at
https://launchpad.net/~dominik-stadler/+archive/dsta-precise-ppa and
https://launchpad.net/~dominik-stadler/+archive/dsta-quantal-ppa, it's
probably easier for users to use these versions instead.
