It's disabled now, enable by adding -DKPA_ENABLE_SQLDB=1 to cmake
parameters. How big speed improvement would the SQL backend bring? Is
it something that we should actually be working on in the future?

On the other hand, how can people using SQL backend go back to XML
based backend?
