Hey guys, now that we started to write a script like this, how about
extending it a bit to include the git pull, cmake, make parts too?
It'd ask questions where to install, debug build yes/no and do the
magic. Of course depending packages need to be installed manually
first.

What do you think?

And please update the bleeding edge guide to use the new script:
