[KPhotoAlbum] KPA4.2 build fail for Ubuntu Lucid and Oneiric

I had the same problem on OpenSuSE 12.1 (64 bit):

(I didn't have this with both RCs - probably because these contained no
L10n at all)

Applying the patch fixed it, but to me this now looks like a problem
with 4.2, which needs to be fixed (?)
