[KPhotoAlbum] ignoring hidden files & directories

Hello Miika,

unfortunately there is no such settings in my copy of kphotoalbum 4.1.1 
(and no entry in kphotoalbumrc).  But it's nice to know that a setting to 
ignore stuff is in the works :-)
